TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 12 February 2026

These terms explain the use of the Roadside SOS website and how service enquiries are handled. Any specific service agreement or confirmed quote will also apply to the work you request.

Our Services

Roadside SOS provides mobile tire services, battery replacement and boosts or jump starts, gas delivery and car lockout assistance.

Our principal service areas include Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Hamilton and Stoney Creek. Availability depends on your exact location, vehicle requirements, access conditions and available personnel or supplies.

We do not provide towing or windshield replacement.

Requesting Assistance

Contacting us or using a website call button does not, by itself, confirm a booking. Service arrangements must be confirmed directly with our team.

Please provide accurate location, vehicle and service details. For work on a vehicle, you must be its owner or have authority to request the service. Proof of ownership or authorization may be requested, particularly for car lockouts.

Pricing and Payment

Contact us to confirm pricing for your requested service. Pricing may depend on your location, vehicle, required parts and the work involved.

We will explain applicable charges, taxes and payment arrangements before you agree to the service. Additional work or changes to the agreed scope require your approval.

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an arrangement. Any applicable cancellation conditions must be explained when the service is confirmed.

Arrival Times and Service Conditions

Any arrival time provided is an estimate. Traffic, weather, access conditions and other circumstances may affect arrival.

Service suitability will depend on the vehicle and the conditions at the location. We may be unable to carry out work where access is unsafe or the requested service is unsuitable. Not every flat tire can be repaired, and a battery boost may not resolve other starting problems.

Products and Warranties

Any warranty applicable to a supplied tire, battery or other product will be explained separately. Warranty coverage depends on the product and the applicable warranty terms.

Nothing on this website creates an additional warranty or removes rights provided by applicable law.

Website Information and Use

We aim to keep website information accurate, but service details and availability may change. Confirm current information with our team before arranging assistance.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation or submit false or unlawful requests.

Website text, branding and images belong to Roadside SOS or their respective owners and may not be reused without permission, except as permitted by law.

External Links and Privacy

External websites and communication platforms operate under their own terms. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes do not retroactively alter previously agreed service arrangements.

For questions about these terms or a service request, call Roadside SOS at (905) 622-2111.
